I am based in Folkestone, Kent and offer 1-1 therapy. The sessions are 1 hour long and are held during the day and early evening through out the week.

Paul is a good listener and understood what we needed to talk about, even, if on occasions I didn’t. I had a couple of goals relating to improving my ability to have happy relationships, and talking to Paul, who understood me felt easy and natural. Training, qualifications & experience

  • Postgraduate Diploma in Cognitive Psychotherapy – Brighton University 2009
  • Diploma in Occupational Therapy – Brookes University 1992

As part of my continuing professional development, I have received further training in:

  • Cognitive Mindfulness (A meditative based therapy: See Nice guidelines)
  • ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy)
  • Compassioned Focus therapy.

I also have 7 years’ experience supervising BABCP accredited therapists, psychologists, counselling psychologists and trainee Therapists (who wish to be accredited to BABCP). I can offer clinical supervision to psychological practitioners working in the private sector or NHS.

I hold an Enhanced certificate to work with adults and children (DBS).
