I am based in Folkestone, Kent and offer 1-1 therapy.

The sessions are 1 hour long and are held during the day and early evening throughout the week.

The common issues I help people with are listed below, however CBT can help with a multitude of problems.

Anxiety, agoraphobia and panic attacks, phobias and fears, depression, low mood, worry, overthinking, obsessive- compulsive disorder, post-traumatic stress

Training, qualifications & experience

Postgraduate Diploma in Cognitive Psychotherapy

– Brighton University 2009 Diploma in Occupational Therapy – Brookes University 1992

As part of my continuing professional development, I have received further training in:

– Cognitive Mindfulness (A meditative based therapy)

– ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) Compassioned Focus therapy.
